      How to create a report of duplicates in HubSpot

      Create the following report to find duplicates for any contact or company property

      • Create single object contact or company report
      • Data - selected properties
        • Create date
      • Filters
        • Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
      • Visualization
        • Column Chart
        • Frequency: Weekly / Monthly

      Report on the number of duplicates per owner

      Create the following report to find duplicates for any contact or company property

      • Create single object contact or company report
      • Data - selected properties
        • Contact or Company Owner
      • Filters
        • Create date is all time
        • Company owner is known
        • Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
      • Visualization
        • Column Chart
        • Display Options - Sort by "Count of Companies"
