How to create custom rules to identify HubSpot duplicates

Koalify gives you the power to set custom rules for identifying duplicates within HubSpot!💪

1. Navigate to the Koalify app settings page

• In your HubSpot account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the main navigation bar.
• In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations, Connected Apps
• Locate "Koalify - Deduplication", Click the Actions, Go to settings
• Click Configure next to Duplicate Rules.
• In the right panel, click Default view to update the standard view for all HubSpot users

2. Create Rule

• Navigate to the Contact or Companies tab
• Add a name of the rule you want to create
• Add properties
• Click Run to estimate the number of duplicates first
• Click Save to publish your new duplicate rule to your account
  • The duplicate suggestions in the CRM cards will be updated
  • The Koalify duplicate properties will be updated for all your records
• After saving the rule, you can keep track of its status and access the following options:
  
  • Draft
  • Searching duplicates
  • Updating Koalify Properties
  • Active
