How to create Segment of duplicates in HubSpot

Koalify adds properties such as Koalify Number of Duplicates and Koalify Primary Duplicate ID to your CRM. You’ll can use these to filter and organize duplicates in segments.

1. Create a New Segment

• In your HubSpot account, go to CRM > Segments
• Click Create segment in the top-right corner
• Choose a segment type: Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket or Custom Object
• Enter a name for your segment

2. Apply a Filter

• Add a filter Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0 to display only records with duplicates.
• Click Review & Save 
• Save it as an active segment so it stays updated automatically

3. Edit Columns & Sort

• Click Edit columns to add the custom Koalify properties to the list
• Sort by Koalify Primary Duplicate ID to group duplicate pairs together

4. Export Your Duplicates

• Export your segment directly to Excel

• Or, create and export a CRM view of duplicates
