How to manage your Koalify subscription and billing
You can activate and change your Koalify subscription in the Koalify app settings.
1. Navigate to the Koalify app settings
- In your HubSpot account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the main navigation bar
- In the left sidebar menu, go to Integrations > Connected Apps
- Search for and click Koalify – Merge & Deduplicate
- Open the General Settings tab.
2. Activating Your Koalify Account
If your HubSpot account has more than 10,000 records and you’d like to continue using Koalify after your free trial, follow these steps to activate your account:
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose a Yearly or Monthly billing cycle
- Select the Objects you want to deduplicate
- Continue to Checkout
- Enter your Contact & Company Information and Payment Method
- If applicable, select I’m purchasing as a business and add your VAT number (optional).

3. Managing Your Koalify Subscription
If you already have an active subscription, you can update your plan or payment details anytime from the Stripe billing page.
- In the Koalify app settings, click Manage Subscription
- Click Go To Billing to access your Stripe billing page
- Update plan: Switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription
- Cancel subscription: Please share your cancellation reason when cancelling
- Change payment method: Add a new payment method or update existing details
- Update billing information: Edit your billing or company details
- View your invoices: Access and download your past invoices
