You can activate and change your Koalify subscription in the Koalify app settings.
1. Navigate to the Koalify app settings page
- In your HubSpot account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the main navigation bar
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations, Connected Apps
- Locate "Koalify - Deduplication", Click the Actions, Go to settings
2A. Activating Your Koalify Account
If your HubSpot account exceeds 10,000 records and you wish to continue using Koalify after your free trial, you can easily activate your account by following the steps below:
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose between a Yearly or Monthly billing cycle
- Choose which Object (Contacts/Companies) you want to deduplicate
- Proceed to Checkout
- You'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page, which remains valid for 24 hours.
- Complete your Contact Information and Payment Method
- Select I'am purchasing as a business and add your VAT number [OPTIONAL]
2B. Managing Your Active Koalify Subscription
If you have an active Koalify subscription, you can easily update your plan or payment details through the Stripe billing page. Follow these steps:
- Click Manage Subscription in the Koalify app settings.
- Select Go To Billing to access your Stripe billing page.
- You'll be redirected to a Stripe billing page where you can manage the following:
- Update plan: Switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription, or vice versa
- Change payment method: Add a new payment method or update existing details.
- Update billing information: Modify your billing address or other relevant information.
- View your invoices: Access and download your past invoices.
