[Duplicate overview](https://koalify.io/knowledge-base/duplicate-overview?hsLang=en) # How to create segments of duplicates in HubSpot ## Use Koalify properties to create segments of your duplicate contacts, companies, deals, tickets and custom objects [Koalify adds properties](https://koalify.io/knowledge-base/koalify-custom-properties-in-hubspot?hsLang=en)such as Koalify Number of Duplicates and Koalify Primary Duplicate ID to your CRM. You’ll can use these to filter and organize duplicates in segments. ### 1. Create a New Segment - In your HubSpot account, go to **CRM \> Segments** - Click **Create segment** in the top-right corner - Choose a **segment type**: Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket or Custom Object - Enter a **name** for your segment ### 2.
