Koalify properties can be used to create lists of your duplicate contacts, companies, deals and tickets.
1. Create a new List
- In your HubSpot account, click the CRM - Lists in the main navigation bar.
- Click "Create List" in the top-right corner.
- Select "Contact", "Company", "Deal" or "Ticket" as the list type.
- Enter a "List name".
- Select "Active list" to keep it dynamically updated.
2. Apply a filter
- Add a filter "Koalify Number of Duplicates" is greater than 0 to display only records with duplicates.
- Click "Edit columns" to add the custom Koalify properties to the list.
- Sort by "Koalify Primary Duplicate ID" to group duplicate pairs next to each other.
- Click "Save list" to finalize your list.
This list of duplicates in HubSpot can be exported to Excel. Alternatively, you can also create and export a view of duplicate HubSpot contacts, companies, deals or tickets.
