      How to create a report of duplicates in HubSpot using the Koalify properties

      Use the Koalify properties in HubSpot reports to gain an overview of your HubSpot duplicates.

      These HubSpot duplicate reports will hem you determine the total number of duplicates, their sources of origin, ownership details, and track the ongoing creation of duplicates over time.

      Begin creating your reports following the guidelines provided in the HubSpot documentation.

      Create a HubSpot report to identify the sources of duplicates.

      • Create single object report (Contact or Company)
      • Data - selected properties
        • Original Source or Original Source drill-down 1/2 or record source 
          • Original Source drill-down 2 will help you identify which integrations are creating duplicates
      • Filters
        • Create date is all time
        • Original Source is known
        • Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
      • Visualization
        • Bar chart
        • Display options - Sort by Count of Companies
