# How to create a report of duplicates in HubSpot using the Koalify properties
## Koalify adds custom properties to your HubSpot CRM that make it easier to understand why duplicates are created, where they come from, and how they impact your data
By using these properties in HubSpot reports, you can:
- See the total number of duplicates in your CRM
- Understand their sources (e.g. imports, integrations, or forms)
- Track duplicate creation trends over time
- Identify which owners have duplicate records
- Learn which HubSpot properties are most often used to detect duplicates
### 1. Create a HubSpot report to identify the sources of duplicates
- **Create single object** report (Contact, Company, Deal or Ticket)
- **Data** - selected properties
- Original Source or Original Source Drill-Down 1 or 2
- Original Source Drill-Down 2 will help you identify which integrations are creating duplicates
- **Filters**
- Create date is all time
- - Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
- **Visualization**
- Bar chart
- Display options - Sort by Count of Companies
### 2. Create a report to track duplicates over time
- **Create single object** report (Contact, Company, Deal or Ticket)
- **Data** - selected properties
- Create date
- **Filters**
- Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
- Specific timeframe \[OPTIONAL\]
- **Visualization**
- Column Chart
- Frequency: Weekly / Monthly
### 3. Create a report to identify duplicate ownership
- **Create single object** report (Contact, Company, Deal or Ticket)
- **Data** - selected properties
- Contact, Company or Deal Owner
- **Filters**
- Create date is all time
- Company owner is known
- Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
- **Visualization**
- Column Chart
- Display Options - Sort by "Count of Companies"
### 4. Create a report to identify which properties detect duplicates

- **Create single object** report (Contact, Company or Deal)
