When you initially install Koalify we suggest default rules to identify duplicates. These can be changed in you Koalify app settings.
By default the Koalify plugin is suggesting a version of the following rules that are most relevant for you HubSpot account. You can customize these rules in your Koalify app settings.
Contacts
- Email → exact match
- First Name, Last Name & Mobile Phone Number → exact match
- The following characters are removed from phone numbers: (, ), /, \, .
- First Name, Last Name & Company Name → exact match
- First Name, Last Name & Mobile Phone Number → exact match
- First Name, Last Name & Phone Number → exact match
- First Name, Last Name & IP City → exact match
- First Name, Last Name & Linkedin URL → exact match
Companies
- Company Domain Name & Company Name → exact match
- Common company structure abbreviations such as “ltd”, “inc”, “org”, “nv”, “bv” and others are neglected
- Company Name & Phone → exact match
- Company Name & City → exact match
- Company Name & Street Address → exact match
- Company Name & Linkedin Company Page → exact match
