The following steps will disconnect and uninstall the Koalify App from your HubSport portal. This means data will no longer be synced, the duplicate card will no longer be visible and the merge workflow action will not work anymore.
1. Navigate to the connected apps
- In your HubSpot account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations, Connected Apps
2. Search for Koalify and select uninstall
- Locate "Koalify - Deduplication"
- Click the Actions, and then Uninstall
This will both uninstall and disconnect Koalify from your portal. This means:
- Data is no longer synced from your portal to Koalify. Data is not however removed immediately. If it's crucial to you that data is removed instantly, please contact support@koalify.io.
- The Koalify CRM Duplicate Card is no longer available in your portal.
- The Koalify Workflow Action will no longer work.
- The custom Koalify Properties are not removed, but they are not updated anymore and are thus stale. In order to prevent confusion it's advised to manually remove the properties.
