How to create notifications for duplicates in HubSpot

To keep track of new duplicates entering your HubSpot instance, you can configure notifications for owners of the duplicates or a specific user. This practice ensures that the team promptly reviews any newly identified duplicates.

Note that these workflows leverage properties that are created by our Koalify plugin.

• Create a company workflow in HubSpot
• Set up triggers
  • Trigger when filter criteria is met
    • Company property → Koalify Number of Duplicates is greater than 0
    • AND
    • Company property → Create date is less than 1 day ago

• Send internal email notification / Send in-app notification (Create task)
  • Communications
    • Send internal email notification / Send in-app notification

Next to setting notifications it's also possible to create a HubSpot task when a new duplicates is identified.
