Follow these steps to start identifying and merging duplicates effectively:

- Set up a view of your HubSpot duplicates.

3. Easier and Faster Merges with Koalify Duplicate Cards
- Enable the Koalify duplicate cards in the right hand sidebar.
- Merge contacts or companies with the Koalify duplicate cards.
4. Bulk or Automatic Merges with Koalify Workflow Actions
Note that the initial sync might take some time because of API rate limits.
The estimated time depends on the number of records in your HubSpot instance:
