The Koalify duplicate cards empower customer facing users with duplicate suggestions than can be merged easily.
Ensure that the duplicate cards for contacts and companies are displayed in your account.
You can then customize and refine the duplicate suggestions through the Koalify app settings.
Merge a contact or company
- click Actions and choose Merge in current company/contact.
- This will merge the suggested record on the card in the company or contact for which this suggestion is made. The contact or company page you are viewing is considerd the primary record of the merge.
Don't show as duplicate
- click Actions and choose Don't show as duplicate
- The current record you are viewing and the suggested record in the card will no longer be recommended as duplicates.
