Troubleshooting HubSpot error messages in your Koalify workflow actions
This article explains how to review and resolve common HubSpot error messages in your Koalify workflow actions
Most of these error messages come directly from HubSpot. We surface them in your Koalify workflow action so you can quickly see what’s happening and take action. In most cases, errors resolve automatically or by upgrading to a paid account. Below, we’ll show you how to review your error logs and address the most common issues.
1. Check the Action Logs of your Workflow
- In your HubSpot account, go to Automations > Workflows
- Open the workflow that includes the Koalify action
- Open the Actions logs of the workflow
- Fitler the Events to only show the Errors
