As of March 2024, HubSpot users on any Professional-tier Hub (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service, or Operations Pro) can now export their flagged duplicates directly from the Duplicate Management tool.

Let me guide you through the steps:

- Navigate to Companies/Contacts > Actions > Manage Duplicates
- Click Export duplicates in the top right
- Select a file format and click Export

Exporting duplicates is only part of the solution. To truly keep your CRM clean, you need a strategy that helps you **identify**, **manage**, and **prevent** duplicates in HubSpot. ### Consider these restrictions

There are some limitations to consider with the built-in HubSpot duplicates export:

- You don't have control over how these duplicates are identified
- The duplicate scan only occur once a day
- You can only export up to 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 duplicates, depending on your subscriptions (Pro or Ent)
- The process remains centralized and time-consuming
