Do you have any questions?
Do I have to pay for all the records in my HubSpot portal?
No. You only pay for the total record count of the specific objects you select to deduplicate. For example, if you have 1 million Deals but only want to clean your 50,000 Contacts, you only pay for the 50k tier.
Can I use Koalify if my portal has over 1M records?
Yes. Koalify supports large HubSpot portals, including those with over 1M records. Pricing is capped at $500/month when billed yearly or $1,000/month when billed monthly, regardless of how many additional records you have in your selected objects.
What counts as a record?
A record is a single item within a HubSpot object, such as a contact, company, deal, ticket, or custom object record. Only records from the objects you select to dedupe are counted toward your pricing.
Will the free plan be free forever?
Yes. The free plan is free forever for all sandbox and demo acocunts or portals that stay below 10K records You can upgrade at any time if your data grows.
How many users are included?
All plans include unlimited users. You can give access to as many teammates as you need at no extra cost.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on the total record count of the objects you select to dedupe. It is not usage-based and does not depend on scans or merges.
What happens if the record limit is exceeded?
Nothing will change immediately. But at your next renewal (monthly or yearly) your price will increase in line with the number of extra records. Also congrats, more records mean that you are growing!
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel at any time from your Koalify billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We generally don't do refunds to avoid the hassle. We might make an exception if you have a very valid reason or just missed the renewal date.

Can I change the objects I’m deduplicating later?
Absolutely. You can add or remove objects (like shifting focus from Companies to Deals) at any time. Your price will simply adjust to the new total record count of your selected objects at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount if you choose to pay annually. This is the best option for teams who want to "set and forget" their deduplication for the year or are plannning do to a clean-up every quarter to avoid the hassle of reactivating your account 4 times a year.
Will merging duplicates reduce my HubSpot bill?
Indirectly, yes. HubSpot bills based on "Marketing Contacts." If you have 5,000 duplicate contact records, you are paying for them twice. By deduplicating and merging these into 2,500 clean records, you can lower your contact tier and reduce your monthly subscription costs.
