Do you have any questions?
What counts as a record?
You decide which object types (contacts, companies, or deals) Koalify is enabled for in your HubSpot instance. If you choose only contacts, we will consider only the number of contacts. So you only pay for what you need.
Will the free plan be free forever?
Yes!
How many days is the free trial?
The free trial lasts for 14 days. If you need more time, don't worry. We understand other things might come up.
How many users are included?
In all plans Koalify is available for all users.
How is the price calculated?
At the beginning of each renewal period (monthly or yearly) Koalify checks the number of records and automatically calculates the pricing based on the plan you have chosen.
Some examples for yearly plans:
78,557 → $35
127,001 → $60
8,675,309 → $4337
What happens if the record limit is exceeded?
Nothing will change immediately. But at your next renewal (monthly or yearly) your price will increase in line with the number of extra records. Also congrats, more records mean that you are growing!
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel before your renewal date so you won't be charged for the next renewal. We generally don't do refunds to avoid the hassle. We might make an exception if you have a very valid reason or just missed the renewal date.
What is the difference with the duplicate management tool?

Koalify adds CRM cards to enable duplicate suggestions for customer facing teams when they are interacting with contacts and companies.
