Will the free plan be free forever?

Yes!

How many days is the free trial?

The free trial lasts for 14 days. If you need more time, don't worry. We understand other things might come up. 

What counts as a record?

All contacts and companies in your HubSpot instance because Koalify currently checks for duplicates across all these contacts & companies.  We will enable other objects (deals, tickets & custom objects) later. We might enable a filter on marketing & non-marketing contacts later as well.

How many users are included?

In all plans Koalify is available for all users.

How is the price calculated?

At the beginning of each renewal period (monthly or yearly) Koalify checks the number of records and automatically calculates the pricing based on the plan you have chosen.

Some examples for yearly plans:

What happens if the record limit is exceeded?

Nothing will change immediately. But at your next renewal (monthly or yearly) your price will increase in line with the number of extra records. Also congrats, more records mean that you are growing! 

How can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel before your renewal date so you won't be charged for the next renewal. We generally don't do refunds to avoid the hassle. We might make an exception if you have a very valid reason or just missed the renewal date.
