Do you have any questions?
What counts as an email validation?
Each time Koalify checks an email address counts as one validation. Your plan covers the number of validations in the tier you select.
Does re-validating an email cost extra?
Re-validations are included in your plan's volume. If you re-check the same contact — for example on a scheduled monthly run — each check counts toward your selected validation volume.
How many users are included?
Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited support.
How is the price calculated?
Your price is based on the number of emails you want to validate. Choose your volume, and manage your plan directly in the Koalify settings inside HubSpot.
Can I use Koalify if I want to validate more than 1M emails?
Yes. If you need to validate more than 1 million emails, get in touch and we'll set up a plan that fits your volume.
Will validating emails reduce my HubSpot Marketing Contacts bill?
It can. Invalid contacts still count toward your marketing contact total, so identifying and suppressing them can lower the count that drives that part of your HubSpot bill.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime from the Koalify settings in your HubSpot portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
