How to merge HubSpot contacts with same (mobile) phone number

After installing the Koalify plugin, it will automatically generate specific Koalify properties. The property "Koalify main duplicate properties" highlights how the main duplicate for a record was identified. Koalify has a default set of properties that we use to identify duplicates. These rules can be customized.

• Create a view of HubSpot contacts and apply a filter "Koalify main duplicate properties" on is any of “(Mobile) phone number”

• Open the contact you would like to keep as the main duplicate and merge via the “Contact Duplicates” card.

The same method can be applied for all the properties Koalify is using to check for duplicates.
