After installing the Koalify plugin, it will automatically generate specific Koalify properties.
These properties allow you to create views of your duplicate contacts.
- Create a view of HubSpot contacts and apply a filter “Koalify number of duplicates” is greater than 0 in combination with a filter "Email" contains exactly “gmail.com” or “outlook.com”
- Open the contact and merge via the “Contact Duplicates” card.
The same method can be applied for other email domains and other properties.
