How to export a lists of duplicates in HubSpot

As of March 2024, HubSpot users with any of the Professional Hubs can now export their duplicates. 

Let's guide you through the steps:

• Navigate to Companies/Contacts > Actions > Manage Duplicates
• Click Export duplicates in the top right
• Select a file format and click Export

Consider these restrictions

There are some limitations to consider with the built-in HubSpot duplicates export:

• You don't have control over how these duplicates are identified
• The duplicate scan only occur once a day
• You can only export up to 2000, 5000 or 10000 duplicates, depending on your subscriptions (Pro or Ent)
• The process remains centralized and time-consuming
